AMS Pilot Program Innovation
TINI Practicum Models
In our program design, we explored the current care landscape for infants and toddlers in the United States and globally, examined requirements across other Early Childhood and Montessori organizations, and noticed which voices are missing from our current Montessori models. We found an opportunity for innovation in our practicum models, expanding our reach to more than just classroom guides. This expansion would allow us to be more inclusive of who can be an Infant/Toddler credential holder, growing our community of members both in the US and globally. We are excited to be able to offer the following practicum models as a part of our AMS Infant-Toddler course.
